Delivery Procedure:

We provide 48 hours delivery provided minimum orders of QR300.00 and are received by us before 5.00 p.m.  

Saturday - Wednesday 
Please place your orders before 5.00 pm

Friday-Thursday 
Deliveries will take place on the following Sunday.

Please note that certain items, such as furniture and bespoke products, may require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be kept informed of an exact delivery date. Selected items within the furniture ranges are self assembly. This will be noted in each items description.

Certain products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your products are not immediately available, we will advise you of the delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. You can also choose to cancel the backorder if you would rather not wait.

A signature is required at the time of delivery to ensure that the appropriate party received the order, so please ensure that someone is available to accept the order.

Delivery is free of charge.

Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours.

Returns Procedure:

Every item you order, large or small, is guaranteed. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied or your item is damaged, please email us or call us on +974 465 9442 / 465 9244 as soon as possible after receipt of goods. We will arrange to collect the items and a replacement will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Please include full details of the problem along with the relevant invoice number.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging. If you have a change of mind and simply wish to return goods, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of goods. All items must returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging and include all the relevant paperwork.

Some items are non returnable if it is installed and will be damaged if uninstalled.
